    Lauren oversees the operations and strategic direction of Tekplas, ensuring that long-term

    objectives focus on empowering our people to provide an exceptional customer experience. Lauren has a comprehensive understanding of our business, gained from her previous roles including Planning and Procurement Manager, as well as working within our sales and finance teams. She leads an experienced team who are committed to operational excellence, fostering continuous improvement and delivering high-quality product for our customers.

  • Craig Preston – Quality Manager

    Craig joined Tekplas in 2018, bringing over 15 years of experience in injection moulding, with a focus on food packaging, human healthcare, and animal healthcare. Originally from the UK, he began his career in the aerospace industry after completing his engineering qualifications in Lancashire. Known for his analytical mindset and methodical approach, Craig oversees all aspects of quality, compliance, and food safety at Tekplas, ensuring our systems consistently meet the highest standards.

  • Jinu Samuel - Planning and Procurement Manager

    Joining the team in 2011, Jinu holds a Bachelor of Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in

    Business Studies and Information & Systems Management. Over the years, he has excelled in various roles at Tekplas, including shift quality controller and shift supervisor, and served as Production Manager from 2019 to 2024. Since 2024, Jinu has been appointed as Planning and Procurement Manager. In this role, he oversees strategic material sourcing, production scheduling, and supply chain optimisation, ensuring timely delivery of client orders. His deep understanding of our operations and dedication to efficiency are crucial in meeting our customers’ needs.

  • Kerry McKeown – HR & Operational Support Manager

    Fortunate to live in the beautiful Waikato for most of her life, Kerry joined Tekplas in 2017 with a background in banking and people management. Extremely passionate about HR, she is a firm believer in ‘succeeding together’ and supports our team through self-development, challenge and change to create an environment where the best people want to work.

  • Donna Baranski – Finance & Office Manager

    Donna’s key focus is to provide exemplary service to both our internal and external stakeholders. As Office Manager, Donna efficiently manages the accounts, payroll and financial reporting requirements of the business and leads the administrative team to run day-to-day functions of the office, providing support for customer services, sales and purchasing.

  • Alan San Agustin - Technology Systems Manager

    As a qualified mechanical engineer, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Master’s in Finance, Alan has spent 20 years working across manufacturing, and 14 years specifically in the plastics industry. A tech enthusiast with a keen eye for automation, Alan is responsible for development, improvement and administration of technology based platforms to improve process and information flow across the business.

  • Stuart Grigsby – Design & new Tooling Manager

    With over 30 years working across a range of plastic moulding disciplines, Stuart knows how important the relationship is between good product design and quality tooling. Managing both product and tool design for Tekplas and our customers, he ensures the perfect partnership is achieved and works closely with our customers to develop, build and test their own designs fit for moulding.

  • Chloe Hurst - Production Manager

    Chloe Hurst, now our Production Manager for the Hamilton facility, leverages her background in healthcare and extensive experience in commissioning food manufacturing sites. Having previously served in quality and production supervisory roles at Tekplas, Chloe brings a keen focus on efficiency, quality outcomes, and Food Safety compliance to our factory floor. She leads our production team to ensure optimal workflow and the consistent delivery of high-standard products.

  • Paul Collins – Engineering Manager

    With over 20 years of manufacturing experience across New Zealand and the UK, Paul brings strong industry knowledge, leadership skills and a qualification in Plastics Processing Technology to the team. He’s passionate about automation, process optimisation, and getting the most out of our machines to drive production efficiency. He also leads maintenance, keeping our plant and equipment running smoothly and efficiently.
