Our facility.
Tekplas is proudly New Zealand owned, operating from our advanced, purpose-built Hamilton facility in Waikato. This state-of-the-art site features all-electric Demag-Sumitomo moulding machines and hygienic pressurised ISO Class 7 cleanrooms, meticulously designed to meet the highest quality and food safety standards for demanding applications.
Tekplas Hamilton.
Purpose built in 2021, our Hamilton facility holds our head office and state of the art facilities. We have capacity for 32 moulding machines which range from 75 to 350 tonnes. Food packaging products utilise our ISO Class 7 environment for moulding, inspection and packing.
Our history.
Tekplas was founded to deliver the highest quality plastic injection moulding in New Zealand. From humble beginnings, Tekplas started life as a small technical injection moulding company with just two moulding machines and two employees. Today, 25 years later, our vision hasn’t changed, however our methods have. Today, with our cutting-edge Hamilton facility, advanced energy efficient electric moulding machines, and a dedicated team of 60+ staff, we are committed to investing in the things that matter most – our plant, our equipment, our people, and our customers, to ensure your products meet the high standards we are known for.
