Aspect PL
Aspect is a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) which is an online tracking analysis tool that is specifically designed to improve productivity, operational effectiveness, adds value management, decision anaylsis and risk management to ensure that the right decisions are made at the right time. All of this allows the management team to identify different levels of performance and incorporate best practices to achieve consistent
delivery and quality. Other benefits achieved by this system are, reduced operating costs, extending the operating life of our tools and our customers tools by measuring overall equipment and reducing any incorrect and inefficient processing variations by 24/7 machine monitoring. Reducing the Tekplas carbon foot print.
Process Optimisation and Tool Validation.
At Tekplas we are the only New Zealand injection moulding company to offer to our customers "in line mould tool approval and validation". This process will ensure that your tools will always be consistently run at their optimum efficiency and performance enabling consistent product quality,
Manufacture
Injection Moulding Machines. Now 13 machines from 50 to 280 tonne. The most recent plant investment is the introduction of three pick and place robots.
Purpose Built Hygienic Pressurized Clean Room. For this situation we only use New All Electric Sumitomo Injection Moulding Machines which are the "ultimate" for processing clean room environment products.

Tekplas currently produce product from a vast range of materials.

Mould Tools
Tekplas owned - all multi cavity, hot runner.
Customer owned - ranging from aluminium prototype tooling to complex multi cavity unscrewing tools.
Printing
Using preferred local suppliers we can offer printing/decoration using hot foil, pad print and screen print processes.
